That depends on where you are located and when you order. Gamers Lair ships by Fedex Ground on Tuesday of each week. What if I want to Pick my order up at the store? Make sure to use the coupon "pickup" this will remove shipping and handling charges and let us know to hold your order. If you are coming down within the hour of making the order, just give us a quick call and we'll have everything ready for you. How can I contact someone if I have a question? You may reach us at (780) 472-4101 or you may email us at play@gamerslair.com. What if you dont have the items I ordered in stock? It does happen where the items you ordered arent in stock at our shipping location in Edmonton, or that youve ordered more than we have. We fill the order as much as we can and only charge you for the items we actually send. How do I know my personal information is secure? Our commitment to your security is a top priority at Gamers Lair. We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use. How is my item shipped? Shipping from Gamers Lair is sent through Fedex Ground. If you wish other shipping methods please contact Gamers Lair to make arrangements. Flat rate shipping for most items is $10. Some items that are heavy or bulky may have an increased flat rate or and additional per item charge. |
